Frontier Advisory Partners

About FAP

Built by former Big 4 partners, for African business.

We founded Frontier Advisory Partners to serve a client base the region's advisory market often overlooks.

Overview

Frontier Advisory Partners (FAP) is a corporate advisory firm headquartered across Kampala, Nairobi and Dar es Salaam. Our team is made up of Big 4 advisory alumni from across Africa, bringing senior partner-level experience and deep analytical strength to every engagement. We serve businesses navigating succession and growth, corporates executing transactions and turnarounds, and government and development institutions delivering public mandates. We combine the technical rigor of international practice with a grounded understanding of how business is actually done in African markets.

Our Approach

We combine the technical rigor of international practice with a grounded understanding of how business is actually done in African markets.

Vision & Mission

To be Africa’s premier corporate advisory firm, empowering enterprises to reach their full potential while driving positive societal impact through every transaction.

To deliver cutting-edge corporate advisory solutions that enable clients to maximize value across all their transactions.

Objective & Truthful

We are objective and truthful. Our advice is not clouded by relationships or incentives that would compromise it.

Integrity & Transparency

We treasure relationships grounded in integrity and transparency, with our clients and with each other.

The Power of Teaming

We believe in the power of teaming and strive to leave no one behind — on our engagements and within our own firm.

“Our ambition is to help clients translate vision into executable strategy, stress-test their growth plans, and connect them to the right capital and operational solutions to scale.”

How We Work

Every FAP mandate is mapped against the same four-stage lifecycle we use across our four services: Plan, Fund, Optimise, Grow. A client rarely enters at the beginning and exits at the end — a family business might come to us mid-cycle needing to optimise working capital, then return two years later to plan an exit. The lifecycle isn't a sales funnel; it's how we scope a mandate, staff a team, and know when the job is actually finished. Corporate Finance, Performance Improvement, Development Sector and F.A.P Digital each apply the same four stages to a different client context — a corporate raising debt, a parastatal improving its HR function, a donor-funded programme proving impact, or a government digitising a public service.

“We are your dependable partners as you write and realise your growth story, and we are keen to walk with you as you achieve your business dreams, through thick and thin.”
