Tender committees and procurement units can prequalify FAP against most standard requirements from the documents below, without an email exchange. Where a document is client- or tender-specific (a signed JV agreement, a tender-specific technical proposal), our team will prepare it on request.

• Certificate of incorporation and business registration
• Valid tax clearance certificate / tax compliance certificate
• Trading licence (Kampala, Nairobi and Dar es Salaam)
• Audited financial statements, most recent two years
• Company capability statement
• Curricula vitae of proposed engagement partners and leads
• Professional indemnity insurance certificate
• References from three comparable prior engagements
• Tax identification numbers (Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania as applicable)
