Mutegeki Cliff Agaba

Cliff is a Director at Frontier Advisory Partners and leads the firm's Digital Transformation practice. He helps businesses and institutions assess their digital needs, improve business processes and implement technology that supports their operational and growth priorities. His work covers digital strategy, project delivery, implementation oversight and the organisational capabilities needed for effective technology adoption.

His professional experience includes programme management with Maendeleo Foundation, supporting initiatives such as the MTN Internet Bus, delivered in partnership with MTN Foundation Uganda, and EQUALS Her Digital Skills. He has worked as a Digital Adoption Consultant with Finn Church Aid and a Digital Competencies Trainer with NGO Mondo. He also managed a rural broadband mapping assignment under a Government of Uganda and International Telecommunication Union (ITU) project.

Cliff's work with the Internet Society includes alumni advocacy consultancy, leadership of a WSIS+20 Community Explainers team and participation in its Mid-Career Fellowship. He has held leadership and advisory roles within the Internet Society Uganda Chapter and managed programmes for the Internet Society Education Special Interest Group. He also reviews Beyond the Net grant applications for the Internet Society Foundation.

Within the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), Cliff is a Fellowship alumnus and contributes through AFRALO/At-Large, policy working groups and Universal Acceptance initiatives. His governance experience includes membership of the At-Large Board Candidate Evaluation Committee.

As Convener of the Uganda DNS Forum, a community initiative of the .UG registry/i3C, he has helped organise technical capacity-building programmes with AFRINIC and the Internet Society Uganda Chapter. Programme partners have included Workonline Communications and KNIPEX, with institutional contributions from the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC), National Information Technology Authority–Uganda (NITA-U) and Ministry of ICT and National Guidance.

His professional development includes a microdegree in Educational Innovation and Leadership from Tallinn University, alongside training through Cisco Networking Academy and the ITU Academy.
