Yosia is the Firm's Lead, and Head, Corporate Finance at Frontier Advisory Partners. Prior to this, he led the Strategy and Transactions serviceline for one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms in Kampala.
He is a talented individual with tested business acumen and exposure. He possesses deep and broad experience and competencies in the areas of financial and business modelling, financial analysis, transaction diligence, valuations, market analyses, feasibility studies, investment appraisals, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raising.
His work entails engendering seamless collaboration on projects across Sub-Saharan Africa to find solutions to corporate and project finance issues, and he has advised on numerous transactions for over 15 years.
He is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and holds an honours degree of Bachelor of Statistics.
