Florence A.W Mwanzia

Florence is a corporate finance and transaction advisory professional with deep expertise in project finance, mergers & acquisitions, debt advisory, and financial restructuring. She has led complex assignments in financial services, energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, and hospitality sectors, advising C-suite executives and capital markets leaders on raising, investing, and optimizing capital.

Previously she worked as a Senior Project Manager at Adam Smith International, where she oversaw multi-country programs in Kenya, Ethiopia, and Somalia, managing fiduciary risks, partner due diligence, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to this, she spent over a decade at Ernst & Young in Transaction Advisory Services, where she managed feasibility studies, valuations, and due diligence for major clients including Equity Bank, NIC Bank, Kenya Reinsurance, and African Infrastructure Investment Managers.

Florence is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Nairobi. She is a member of the Association of Women Accountants of Kenya and the Institute of Internal Auditors. Fluent in English and Kiswahili, she brings a blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and leadership to every engagement.
