She is an experienced and forward-thinking financial and business executive with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, financial management, audit and advisory, performance improvement, and institutional capacity development. She has worked across diverse sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, retail, and the development and non-profit sectors, with extensive experience across East Africa.
She began her professional career with a Big Four professional services firm, gaining strong foundations in audit, financial reporting, business advisory, and corporate governance. This experience, combined with over two decades of subsequent leadership and consulting work, has equipped her with a practical understanding of both financial and operational aspects of organizational performance.
As Lead for Performance Improvement and Development Sector Advisory, she supports organizations to identify performance gaps, strengthen institutional capacity, improve financial and operational systems, and translate strategy into measurable results. Her expertise includes financial sustainability, governance, risk management, process improvement, organizational performance, and capacity building, with a particular focus on supporting organizations in the development sector to achieve sustainable impact.
She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Entrepreneurship from Southeastern University, USA, and a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Accounting. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU).
